Life is ever changing and switching gears is not always easy. Adjusting to those changes can be difficult. Many times, they happen without notice and well before you are ready. You can feel lost, powerless, or stuck. It might feel like you are barely treading water. It takes courage to change. Changing is scary and responsibility feels overwhelming but it does not have to be.

Many times you are your most stubborn obstacle. We can identify the thought patterns that are problematic, learn how to challenge them, and change those thoughts to more effective patterns allowing you to be successful in reaching your goals. I love to be creative and will incorporate your interests and what motivates you into the tools to help you move forward. You are the expert on you so your involvement in treatment is very important. I provide an ability to help you see other perspectives allowing you to learn more about your capabilities.
