Are you feeling sad but you’re ashamed or embarrassed to tell anyone about the bad days you experience? You don’t have to feel ashamed of your feelings anymore. I have created a safe space for you to talk about your emotions with no judgment.
My Background and Approach
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in CBT, holistic therapeutic approaches, motivational interviewing, and person-centered approaches to treatment. The tools that I’ll provide you with are tools that can help to lower symptoms and get you back to feeling like yourself again.

I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. Together, you and I will figure out what’s really going on.
