My Background and Approach
Cora has been providing counseling services since 2007. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Justice from Faulkner University in 2003, followed by her Master's Degrees in Human Services and Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2010 and 2013, respectively. To better serve veterans, Cora earned a graduate certificate in Military Resilience from Liberty University in 2015. In 2020, she became a Certified Anger Management Specialist II through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA), enabling her to lead Anger Management Groups. Currently, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, and is also licensed to provide telehealth services in Virginia and Florida. Her primary areas of focus are with adolescents and young to middle-aged adults facing mental, behavioral, and emotional challenges that significantly impact their daily lives.
