I love empowering, validating, and assisting fellow Autistic, ADHD, Trans, POC, and Asexual folks with disabilities and chronic pain in the process of discovering and embracing their true magical self who society has oppressed and harmed.
My Background and Approach
As an Autistic, Agender/Trans, Asexual, POC with disabilities and chronic illness, I know firsthand that it is hard to feel magical and awesome when your sparkle is being dulled by a world that actively works against you. As a spiritually informed therapist, I take a holistic, relational approach, exploring meaning-making systems that keep your light shining, and take into consideration everything at work within you, mind, body, and spirit. You are the narrator of your story and together we work to understand your story and implement ways to cultivate the magic that already lives inside you.

Empowerment, Empathy, and Validation are at the core of my work with clients. The therapeutic space is a place where you can discover and embrace your sparkly magical self. Where you are empowered to go out in the world unapologetically you, prioritizing your physical and emotional needs so you can do and be everything you ever dreamed.
