I understand that oppression is trauma & that the ways we internalize oppression cause suffering in our lives, bodies & communities. As a student of the healing internalized oppression framework, I help people find ways to heal from oppression's internalized impacts. I draw on my training as a family therapist and trauma therapist to help you understand & heal from intergenerational patterns, traumas, & burdens passed down through your family lines. You don’t have to keep feeling this way.

Therapy with me is nature-based, liberatory & magical. I blend parts work, treating internalized oppression & nature-based therapy to help folx access the self-acceptance, self-esteem & self-compassion that is their birthright. As an ecofeminist witch in a tradition that integrates magic and politics, I use magical tools like ritual, tarot, the elements, connection with nature, connection with ancestors/other guides & movement to help you find the change you are looking for.

Through IFS we compassionately understand our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and feelings as a response to systemic wounding and protection rather than the result of pathology. We will work within your inner world by honoring and collaborating with your body’s protective system rather than fighting or overriding it. The practices of deep witnessing, trust-building, nurturing, and self-attunement (the relational practices of safety and love) lead us to more choice and freedom.

I help ADHDers do less "try harder" and more "try different." (Shoutout to Jessica McCabe of 'How to ADHD'). Building self-esteem and healing from internalized ableism opens the way, along with understanding our strengths and our sensory/executive functioning accessibility needs. As a person with lived experience as a late-diagnosed ADHDer, I will help you affirm your body wisdom and will invite, model & coach you on moving how your unique body needs to move to regulate and feel free.

This looks like helping folx to build self esteem after a lifetime of feeling there is something wrong with them because of their neurotype. I remind us: "It didn’t start with you. It’s not yours to heal alone. You belong here."

I am a non-binary therapist who specializes in working with transgender/non-binary folx. I support people to gow self-esteem, co/self-regulation, compassion, & belonging. I do this through connection with nature, parts work, family systems therapy, healing internalized oppression & play. You do not have to explain your gender to me; I understand you are magic. But I will hold space for your healing in a way that deeply affirms your gender and, if this is your work, your gender exploration.
