About My Clients
Most people who reach out to me have been managing on their own for a while, pushing through the anxiety, ignoring the intrusive thoughts, or trying not to think too hard about something that happened. At some point that stops working. I work with adults dealing with OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with clients to teach them tools for real, tangible results.
My Background and Approach
I draw on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help you build the skills and courage needed to face your fears and move towards the life you desire. At the heart of my work is this core belief: every person already holds the answers within them. My role is to guide you in discovering those answers and to gently but firmly challenge you to tolerate uncertainty and grow beyond what once held you back.
