My Background and Approach
With advanced training as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), and EMDR-trained clinician, I offer a highly specialized and compassionate approach to treating both sex addiction and betrayal trauma. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed lens that honors the emotional realities of both partners and individuals. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Rooted in the values of hard work, compassion, and connection, I believe healing begins in safe, authentic relationships. Growing up on a farm taught me the power of resilience and tending to what matters most—lessons I carry into every session. Inspired by my parents’ legacy of care and grit, I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. I believe in cultivating empowered healing through connection, courage, and compassionate guidance.
