I emphasize a personal focus and work with clients to develop an individualized treatment program. I offer counseling, ADD coaching, and brainwave biofeedback training.

I provide clients with tools that I have used to help people just like you. My goal is for you to have tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. So no matter where you go, you'll have access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to provide an environment of trust, warmth and safety - a key ingredient in good therapy is the connection with your therapist. I grew up surfing the California coast and traveling the world to compete. I found neurofeedback training along my path, and loved how it enhanced my surfing performance, and my overall well being.
