My Background and Approach
Community mental health background along with hospice. I have experience with writing documentation required for GRS. My approach is one that is non judgmental and encouraging. I use positive psychology along with CBT. I have a Masters degree in community counseling from Governors State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor .
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone should be respected and loved no matter their gender, race, sexuality, or culture. I am open minded and like working with people that are looked at diffently in society. I am a very down to earth "therapist" and believe I am not any better than the person seeking help.
