About My Clients
My client struggles with shame, feelings of unworthiness, and struggle to show up in their lives the way they want to. Trauma is their root cause and they desperately need to heal.
My Background and Approach
We work as a team and i aid in a strength based approach that is client centered. I aim to help my clients grow self awareness so we can get to their point of healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is an immense amount of generational trauma especially in the minority cultures and I have personally experienced it and want to help others heal from it and change future generational practices.
