I believe healing happens in safe, trusting relationships where you feel seen and heard. I value honesty, personal responsibility, and self-compassion as powerful tools for growth. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with family, being in nature, traveling, and prioritizing my own wellness practices—because I believe we can only guide others as far as we’re willing to go ourselves.
