About My Clients
I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, grief, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I'm especially passionate about supporting clients and individuals navigating stigma, chronic health conditions, or with complex personal histories, including those individuals living with or adjusting to an HIV diagnosis.
My Background and Approach
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin therapy. You might just notice that something feels off, overwhelming, or harder than it used to be. Our work together creates space for you to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and feel heard and supported without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I work alongside clients navigating grief and loss, trauma, identity exploration, OCD, ADHD, relationship concerns, and both expected and unexpected life transitions. I offer an LGBTQ-affirming, trauma-responsive space, guided by the belief that healing occurs when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and build a life that feels more authentic, steady, and sustainable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a therapist who believes you don't have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Many people come in simply knowing something feels off, overwhelming, or unsustainable, and that's more than enough. My role is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you've been carrying, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic. Together, we'll focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, strengthen relationships, and build tools for long-term resilience and well-being.
