Our clinicians are trained to work with persons experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, Trauma, grief, and other mental health conditions. Whether you’d like to spend time gardening and connecting with the earth in our outdoor space or you’d like to simply enjoy the beauty of nature around you, we have a place for you.
My Background and Approach
Compassionate Roots was created in the belief that therapy should be compassion-led — and that we derive peace, connection, and mindfulness through nature. This philosophy is exactly what guides our various offerings and what we’re excited to share with you in your therapy journey, as well. Professionally trained and judgment-free, our team has a range of experience in unique therapeutic techniques, including gardening, art, music, and crafts. To further promote an individualized experience, our clinicians offer in-person nature-based therapy, and virtual sessions from the comfort of your own home.
