About My Clients

I work well with thoughtful, introspective people who want to understand themselves more deeply. Many of my clients are creatives, deep thinkers, or individuals navigating anxiety, identity questions, trauma, or relationship challenges. I also work with couples seeking healthier communication and connection. I welcome LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and non-traditional relationships and aim to create a space where people feel seen, respected, and able to explore their experience honestly.

My Background and Approach

My work is grounded in narrative, systemic, and experiential therapy. I’m interested in how the stories we carry about ourselves are shaped by relationships, culture, and life experiences—and how those stories can evolve when we slow down and examine them with curiosity. In therapy, I aim to create a space that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and genuine. Rather than positioning myself as the expert on your life, I see my role as helping you explore patterns, relationships, and emotions with greater awareness and compassion. I often work with individuals navigating anxiety, identity questions, trauma, and curating the life they want to live. With couples, I help partners slow down difficult conversations, understand the cycles they get caught in, and develop more meaningful ways of communicating. My style is warm, curious, and relational. I bring presence, humor, and authenticity into the room while helping clients reconnect with their values, intentions, and capacity for change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is something that is always sincere, but not always serious. We can bring a sense of humor to the absurdity of our struggles. Many of the challenges we experience—anxiety, disconnection, shame, or relationship conflict—are not signs that something is wrong with us, but signals that something in our lives deserves attention and care. I view therapy as a collaborative space where curiosity, compassion, and honesty can lead to meaningful change. I don’t believe people need to be “fixed.” Instead, I believe we benefit from slowing down enough to understand our patterns, reconnect with our values, and make intentional choices that feel more aligned with who we want to be. I value authenticity, respect for diverse identities and relationship structures, and creating a space where people feel safe showing up as their full selves. Therapy works best when it is grounded in trust, openness, and a willingness to explore both the difficult and hopeful parts of being human.
