About My Clients
I specialize in creating safe and productive spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals and work with adults who are pregnant and postpartum and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and more. Clients who come to see me are looking for an authentic therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, curiosity, unconditional positive regard, and a touch of humor. With me, my clients discover the self-liberation that will propel them toward their most authentic lives.
My Background and Approach
I am an LPCC who received my degree at the University of Colorado Denver in 2021. I have worked in community mental health, private practice, and volunteered at grief homes in my previous state of Florida. I believe in fostering a safe space guided by my own brand of nurturing curiosity, humor, and compassion. My personal style uses somatic and systemic therapies to healing. With this combined approach, clients find themselves moving beyond reactive cycles, discovering greater freedom in their bodies, and cultivating a value-rich sense of responsibility for themselves, their loved ones, and their communities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a justice-oriented and aligned therapist who believes that individual and collective healing happens hand-in-hand. In our sessions, I show up with presence and curiosity as we explore patterns, sit with struggle, and work toward meaningful change together. My goals for my relationships with my clients are to feel deeply supported, freedom from judgement, and the confidence of knowing that everything they've ever needed to live a life they are proud of is right there inside of themselves.
