My theoretical approach is existential. I see therapy as an opportunity for people to improve the quality of their lives. Many approaches are used and tailored to my clients. Humor is essential.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
BLM. LGBTQ community deserves the best of care. Our world has a lot going on and folks do better when life can be unpacked a bit. I believe people should be listened to.
