My Background and Approach
I use Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral. Psychodynamic therapy requires talking about how your past might may be influencing the present situation or choices you make. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.. challenging those negative thoughts that hold you back from enjoying life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we learn what we live and repeat it even though that is not always the intention. Sometimes those learned behaviors determine our choices in relationships and friendships. The past can't be changed however, through awareness, you can learn what healthy relationships look like and find your voice.
