In my years of experience, I’ve used evidence-based treatments to assist adults with developing coping skills to help them thrive. We will work together to develop your new coping skills to help decrease your anxiety and depression symptoms, increase your self-worth, all while lifting your Soul! I enjoy helping people find their reason to keep going as they face these challenges of life. Through my own life transitions, such as loss of loved ones while being their caregiver, I grew to understand that change can be challenging to go through. I am here to help you face these challenges, so you don’t have to do it alone anymore!
