My Background and Approach
Hello! As a therapist since 2011, I provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. I believe in a holistic approach, recognizing the unique needs and strengths of each individual. My goal is to empower clients to achieve personal growth, resilience, and effective coping strategies to navigate life’s difficulties. Whether you're seeking support for emotional well-being, relationships, or personal development, I am able to help. I am a lifelong learner and have trained in many modalities including EMDR, energy psychology, tapping, and CBT to name a few. I am able to focus on a specific type of therapy approach if preferred but like the flexibility of pulling from my knowledge bank depending on what seems right with each person I work with. I believe that therapy is collaborative and can be beneficial to everyone.
