As a certified trauma therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, warm, and compassionate space for healing, recovery, and transformation. I understand how deeply trauma can affect your life, relationships, and sense of self, and I am here to be your co-pilot on your journey to wellness by guiding you through the process of reclaiming your strength. I endeavor to be a positive model and advocate who gains insights about unique life experiences, expresses unconditional acceptance, and supports you in actualizing your passion, potential, and purpose. Through evidence-based approaches like EMDR, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, we will work together to process past experiences, reduce emotional distress, hone coping skills, and help you rebuild a life of resilience, peace, and empowerment. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the boundless potential of every human being to grow, heal, and evolve. This potential is unlocked not only through mental and emotional exploration but also through how we nourish and care for our bodies. For me, veganism is a conscious choice rooted in compassion for all living beings and the planet, while also being a path toward optimal health. Fitness is a key aspect of that journey—honoring the body’s capacity to move, strengthen, and rejuvenate. True wellness integrates mind, body, and spirit, and when we align our values with our actions, we create space for transformation, both within ourselves and in the world around us. Spirituality plays a central role as well, guiding me toward a deeper connection with myself, others, and the universe.
