About My Clients
I work with neurodiverse and highly sensitive children who may struggle with big feelings, anger, aggression, or emotional regulation. Many of my clients experience challenges with transitions, boundaries, or feeling misunderstood. I also support LGBTQ+ youth in navigating identity and finding safety in their world. Caregivers I work with are seeking connection, insight, and practical tools to support their child with empathy, confidence, and attunement.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in school-based mental health and a deep passion for supporting neurodiverse and highly sensitive children. I specialize in play-based, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming approaches that honor each child’s unique way of experiencing the world. I view play as a child’s natural language and use it to support emotional expression, nervous system regulation, and relational healing. My work is grounded in Synergetic Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and attachment-based approaches. I also hold a strong commitment to affirming and empowering LGBTQ+ youth. In my work with caregivers, I bring warmth, empathy, and respect. I walk alongside parents as they navigate hard moments and grow in confidence, connection, and emotional presence. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where both children and their caregivers can feel seen, heard, and supported.
