About My Clients
I am ready to meet you, starting from wherever you are on your path. Whether in the middle of an ongoing issue or beginning a new inquiry, we can walk together through the healing. Trust your body and your body will trust you. All opportunities are not necessarily here for us to take, they are here for us to observe . We must allow time to recognize the alignment between opportunities and who we are in this moment.
My Background and Approach
I work with individuals addressing a wide variety of concerns such as anxiety and depression, food and eating behaviors, anger, grief, perfectionism, stress, loneliness and isolation. I am a native of Portland, Oregon and a licensed professional counselor with a Masters in Counseling from George Fox University. I have 15 years background as a licensed health coach, nutritionist and yoga instructor. My work to date has been done in private practice as well as working as a Mental Health Counselor for both men and women in the State Prison system and the Washington County Jail.
