About My Clients
Cole uses a solution-focused, trauma-informed approach to help adolescents, adults, couples, and families identify strengths, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change. He works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, anger, insomnia, relationship concerns, life transitions, and neurodivergence. Together, you will develop practical strategies, build resilience, and focus on achievable goals that support lasting growth and improved well-being.
My Background and Approach
Cole believes that everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported. Since earning his Master's in Professional Counseling from Carlow University, he has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in outpatient, community mental health, school-based, and telehealth settings. These experiences have shaped his compassionate, flexible approach and deep appreciation that every person's journey is unique. Cole's therapy style is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and solution-focused. He partners with clients to build on their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or a difficult life transition, Cole strives to create a genuine, judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself while working toward the life you want to build.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth, even during life's most difficult moments. Therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel respected, understood, and supported—not judged. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to healing, which is why I tailor therapy to each person's unique experiences, values, and goals. As a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming therapist, I strive to create a safe space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for everyday life. My approach is solution-focused, helping clients identify meaningful goals while recognizing and celebrating progress along the way. I believe lasting change happens through compassion, honesty, and a strong therapeutic relationship, empowering people to move forward with greater confidence, balance, and hope.
