Recognizing human nature, we often become dormant by the events we've experienced from birth and forward, and most times, we will develop behaviors that hinder us from progressing. However, there is always room for improvement. Each day you are given a new chance to put your best foot forward, and I commend you for taking this small yet significant step to become a better version of yourself.

Please allow me to provide you with the support and tools you need to navigate this world, appreciate yourself, and find life satisfaction. You already have it in you. My practice is based on Carl Roger's Person-Centered theoretical orientation. We'll utilize relevant therapeutic interventions and activities to help ensure change and maintenance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Being a therapist is one of the greatest responsibilities I have ever had. I believe in the therapy process wholeheartedly because I’m a client myself. I see people in vulnerable states every single day and get the privilege to listen to real stories, traumas, and pain. I see the raw and unfiltered emotions that we often don’t share with others. Each interaction shapes my perspective, deepens my empathy, and reinforces my commitment to this work. Mental health is extremely important to me. I’m a therapist because I believe in people and their capacity for change.
