About My Clients
I work with children (4+), teens, adults, and families. Many of my clients come to therapy for support with: Anxiety and stress Depression and mood challenges Emotional regulation and behavioral concerns (children and teens) Life transitions (parenthood, college, divorce, grief) Trauma and PTSD Self-esteem and identity issues Relationship and family dynamics I strive to meet each client where they are and walk with them toward healing, growth, and resilience.
My Background and Approach
I became a therapist out of a deep desire to support others through life’s challenges with empathy, understanding, and practical tools for healing. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, trusting partnership. I use a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, integrating modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, play therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I tailor each session to the individual, meeting you where you are emotionally, developmentally, and culturally. Whether we’re working through anxiety, life transitions, grief, or behavioral concerns, my focus is on helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’m committed to creating a space where you can show up as your full self and do meaningful work at your pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that healing is possible for everyone. No matter how overwhelmed, lost, or broken you may feel, you can find your way back to yourself—one small step at a time. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start. I’m here to walk with you, offering support, tools, and hope as you move forward at your own pace.
