About My Clients
I work with individuals who are ready for more than symptom relief—they’re seeking deep, lasting change. My practice is designed for people navigating trauma, identity, and internal conflict that doesn’t resolve with surface-level approaches. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ as well as those impacted by trauma, including active duty service members and high-functioning adults who may appear “put together” on the outside while struggling internally.
My Background and Approach
As an LCSW-S with advanced psychoanalytic training—including a psychoanalytic fellowship and candidacy as a fifth-year psychoanalytic scholar—I bring a high level of clinical depth and specialization to my work. I also launched the first PTSD Intensive Outpatient Program for U.S. military in Korea, treating sexual, childhood, and combat-related trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy with me is thoughtful and intentionally paced. We create a space where all parts of you are welcome, including aspects that are difficult to name. Whether you are processing trauma, exploring your identity, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, this work is about creating meaningful and sustainable change, not just short-term symptom relief.
