About My Clients

Supporting individuals, couples and families through life’s complex phases by providing a safe, compassionate space to explore their feelings and build resilience, using a grounded, present-focused approach to foster healing and growth.

My Background and Approach

As a mental health counselor, I work with individuals across the lifespan, with a special interest in supporting children and adolescents, as well as working with men’s issues. I am passionate about helping people navigate the unique challenges of today’s world and empowering them to express themselves without judgment. Grounded in a present-focused approach, I emphasize the power of the ‘here and now’ to help individuals connect with their emotions, build awareness, and develop meaningful insight in real time. My goal is to support mental well-being, resilience, and personal growth at every stage of life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Too often, people forsake the present to focus on the past or future. The present moment holds incredible power—it’s where awareness begins and real change takes root. By tuning into the here and now, we can break free from old patterns, connect more deeply with ourselves, and make intentional choices that lead to lasting transformation. Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and connection. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out—I’m here to support you.
