Codi Benologa (she/her)

I am a certified in grief counseling and have helped hundreds of people navigate their grief journey. I am passionate about helping hurting individuals who have experienced loss navigating their new reality and move forward with their lives.

I’m honored to provide a safe therapy space for all of my patients to express themselves openly and freely. I am proud to assist the transgender community in providing letters for individuals ready to begin medically transitioning through HRT or gender affirming surgery. I have additional training and experience working specifically with this population. From those just beginning their journey, those medically transitioning and others who have been their true selves for years.

I have helped my patients explore their cultural, religious or familial origins that have conditioned them to adopt certain beliefs, re-frame those thought patterns, explore sexual orientation and support them in the coming out process; encouraging them to be their true and authentic selves along the way.

I work integratively with the individual.

I work with my patients, identified goals and the path to achieve those goals.

During treatment, I tend to focus on how a person's thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes affect their feelings and behaviors.
