About My Clients
My clients are strong, smart people who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or isolated while navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or life transitions. They may also face ADHD, chronic illness, or body‑image struggles. They’re ready to explore practical tools, build resilience, and have a compassionate space where they can be fully seen and understood.
My Background and Approach
Dr. Clinae Watson strives to develop a meaningful and therapeutic relationship with you. She works from a cognitive behavioral/psychodynamic approach, where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered. Clinae specializes in working with individuals that experience anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. She provides individual and group therapy sessions as well.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person is inherently strong, capable, and worthy of healing. I am an ally and make my practice a space where all clients feel fully accepted and affirmed. My work is grounded in unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuine respect for each person’s story. I am 0% judgmental — clients can bring the parts of their lives they’ve never said out loud, the experiences that still hurt to even think about, and know they’ll be met with compassion, safety, and understanding. I can hold the heaviest, darkest material while also creating room for laughter, connection, and relief. My goal is to be the person who helps clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges in a way that works for them.
