I help individuals gently explore these challenges in a safe, compassionate, anti-capitalist, anti-colonialist space to uncover strengths and foster authentic growth.
My Background and Approach
As a non-binary, BIPOC, Latinx therapist, I know how challenging it can be to feel safe and authentic in an unwelcoming world. Using person-centered, trauma-informed, and IFS approaches, we’ll compassionately explore your experiences, relationships, and identity, working together toward meaningful healing, growth, and genuine self-acceptance.
