About My Clients
You may feel stuck in your thoughts, overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by grief, or unsure how to move forward after everything you’ve been through. Maybe relationships feel exhausting, or life no longer looks the way you expected. I work with people who are doing their best but still feel lost, disconnected, or worn down. You don’t have to carry it alone—I’m here to help you find steadier ground and real tools for change.
My Background and Approach
The tools I use in therapy are ones I’ve studied closely and refined through hands-on work with clients facing real pain, real fear, and real life transitions. My goal is for you to leave our work with practical skills you can actually use when emotions feel overwhelming—tools to steady your body, quiet your mind, and help you make grounded decisions. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and existential work to help you better understand what’s happening inside you and how to move forward with intention. I work collaboratively and at your pace, focusing on what’s affecting you right now while also exploring the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship strain, or identity changes tied to athletics or life transitions, we’ll work to build insight, emotional flexibility, and resilience so you can feel more in control of your life again.
