As adults, sometimes we feel stuck feeling anxious, depressed, stressed or notice that some of our patterns are no longer helpful to us. Maybe it seems harder to get traction for change? Therapy can be a way to access the support and tools we need for working with our past and present to move toward the future we want. EMDR can be an incredible tool for this process.
My Background and Approach
As a trauma therapist trained in EMDR I find that the safety in connection tends to be the best place to start. It takes courage and support to approach, engage and take care of ourselves. Therapy can be hard work. Hard work that we don't have to do alone.
