About My Clients
You may feel disconnected from yourself, from the people you care about, or from the life you want to be living. Many clients seek therapy when stress, anxiety, or depression feel overwhelming. I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Together, we focus on practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, build emotional awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I support adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, life transitions, and emotional pain. I integrate Somatic Attachment work, Gottman Methods, and CBT to help clients build insight, resilience, and healthier relationships. Mindfulness is central to my practice, as I believe our experience of the world is shaped by how present we are in each moment. Through grounding and mindfulness techniques, clients gain practical tools they can carry beyond the therapy room, fostering lasting growth and emotional well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people have the capacity for growth, insight, and healing. Every person is inherently valuable, and the answers to our emotional well-being already reside within us. As a counselor, I see my role not as giving directions, but as walking beside you, offering support, reflection, and guidance as you explore what feels authentic, aligned, and meaningful in your life. I value curiosity, self-compassion, and mindfulness, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to access their own inner resources for lasting change.
