My Background and Approach
As a marriage and family therapist, I take into account family, work, educational systems while working with your family or with you as an individual. I also utilize a CBT approach in my work with individuals, and with younger ones a play therapy approach. My approach is tailored to the needs of the individual and family. It is my goal to work collaboratively with you to help you nurture and use your own core strengths to help you achieve your goals.
