About My Clients

Or, maybe even struggling with learning how to manage a new life transition? This can be a scary place to be in and I can definitely you help manage these difficulties.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience teaching my clients skills to be able to master their own life no matter what life may throw their way. I work from a holistic, mindfulness, and existential approach that is tailored to meet your specific, individual needs. I believe that my role as a therapist is to work alongside the client as they are the author of their own story.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that my role as a therapist is to be as welcoming and open as possible throughout the therapy process. Embarking on the therapy journey to better yourself is often a difficult/scary decision. My goal is always to make sure I provide a warm, safe, and empathic environment so my clients are able to focus on sharing their story and getting the help they need.
