I am passionate about providing a comfortable environment in order to provide a safe space to talk about your goals for therapy. I work with adults my providing individual therapy sessions. By utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and a client-center approach I feel that we will be able to achieve your goals!
My Background and Approach
I've lived in Florida my entire life and attended the University of Central Florida for both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in social work. My experiences ranges from working in community mental health, hospice, geriatric mental health and providing therapy to adults.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a non-judgmental environment that provides comfort and a safe space to talk about what's going on in your life and your feelings. By combining different therapy models, I can hep you process your traumas while developing the coping strategies to continue succeeding.
