I specialize in women's health (postpartum depression and anxiety), professional adults with depression, anxiety, OCD and trauma. I also speak Spanish and offer virtual visits through the state of Florida or in person in Broward County (city of Plantation). My client is the person that is keeping it together but struggles with burnout, grief, life transitions or high stress level. My vision is to integrate conventional psychiatry with novel or holistic tools to optimize your health.

I have been in Nursing for over 15 years, and I bring that humane and personalized care to mental health. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure where to start, I’ll work with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals. My approach blends evidence-based medication management with a holistic, person-centered perspective. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, stigma-free, and empowering.
