About My Clients
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have clinical experience in assisting individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life-transitions, and so forth. As an inclusive therapist, I endorse clinical experience in working with people of color as well as the LGBTQ+ community.
My Background and Approach
I attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas earning a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy. With each client being different, I select my therapeutic approach based on the client’s personality, wants, and needs. As your therapist, I aim to assist with helping my clients learn more about themselves while providing a safe, judgement-free, impactful environment in which any person from any walk of life would welcomed and comfortable being their true selves. Together, we will focus on setting short and long-term goals and I will provide you with a set of feasible tools that you will be able to utilize outside of therapy. Attending therapy can be life changing yet challenging. It would be my pleasure to go on this life altering journey with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
“What we achieve inwardly will change outer reality.” I am a firm believer that change begins from the inside-out. I aim to help people who are struggling to live in the here-and-now as well as assist in helping individuals care for themselves. I recognize that there is still an enormous stigma surrounding seeking therapy, which is why I commend you on helping me eliminate the stigmas and stereotypes that revolve around mental health.
