About My Clients
Are you stressed, overwhelmed, burned out or life is just blah? No matter how hard you try, your relationships aren't satisfying? Are you struggling to adjust after a major life change? I know how hard it can be. I am here to help. I am passionate about guiding you in developing long-lasting solutions to lead the life you've always wanted. I use a holistic approach, integrating body, mind and spirit, to help you work towards your goals.
My Background and Approach
Difficult experiences and trauma can impact how we see ourselves and how we experience the world. They cause emotional distress that is often deep and debilitating. In response, we develop patterns we are often unaware of, that limit our life and prevent us from living it fully. I use a holistic approach that includes body, mind and spirit, to help you uncover these thoughts, beliefs and feelings. Working together, we can transform them to support you in living with more ease, joy and aliveness. My approach includes Somatic Experiencing®, a biologic method for trauma resolution and increasing resilience, Hakomi, a mindfulness-based approach to somatic, experiential psychotherapy, cognitive methods and expressive arts. Together, we will discover which approaches work best for you to achieve your goals. In therapy, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space and use my experience to help you overcome your challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have a natural ability to heal, no matter how difficult life may be at the moment. My role is to be your guide and authentic partner on your own, unique healing journey. I will help you discover the strengths you already have and build on them to work towards your goals. My own healing journey has taught me how important it is to get support. With deep gratitude to my teachers, I am passing on what I have learned and what life has taught me, to be of support to you.
