About My Clients
Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that leave them feeling frustrated and exhausted. They may be navigating strained relationships, the impacts of trauma and attachment wounds, or challenges with anxiety and depression. You might feel a constant responsibility to keep the peace in your relationships, or feel guilty when you try to set boundaries—even when you’re already feeling drained. if this resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out!
My Background and Approach
As a relational therapist, I prioritize building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship as the foundation of our work. I believe that healing from trauma and attachment wounds happens within the safety of meaningful connection. I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, parts work, and polyvagal-informed care, alongside psychodynamic and somatic techniques. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and experiences. We will move collaboratively, at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you, while also gently encouraging growth and new possibilities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in our innate need to be seen. This belief is what drew me to this profession, and to trauma work in particular. I am deeply passionate about understanding the human experience in all its complexity and about sitting with others in their pain—not to "fix it", but to acknowledge it and truly witness it. Much of our suffering comes from the fear of being judged, misunderstood, or unheard. I feel honored to offer a space rooted in compassion, curiosity, and understanding. I also believe that family, culture, and identity are essential to understanding each person’s lived experience. It is impossible to fully know someone without considering all the parts of who they are. These values guide my work with clients as we move together toward healing.
