About My Clients
I enjoy working with folks who have relationship issues, family or workplace stress or are having trouble adjusting to or dealing with life’s challenges and circumstances. I had also done a lot of work with people who are substance users and in early recovery. I am comfortable with men, women and non-binary folks, 18+ through seniors.
My Background and Approach
I became a therapist after 2 other successful careers so have a TON of life experience to offer. I have a Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling and have 4 years of experience conducting therapy sessions. I am fully licensed in MA.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a very open minded and positive person and I practice gratitude on a daily basis.
