Claudia De Casas

I am a bilingual Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years experience working with children, teens, adults, families and couples. My clinical experiences range from field-based community mental health, inpatient psychiatric care and private practice. My primary goal, is to create a safe place that enables a strong therapeutic relationship. Sessions are tailored based on the client's needs and tend to be unstructured and client led. I focus on developing healthy ways of handling life's adversities. I specialize in assisting couples enhance their communication style to successfully manage conflict, rebuild connection, deepen their friendship, intimacy, and trust in order to restore the relationship.

Therapy can be a transformative experience of growth and self-discovery. I believe that we have within us, the power to live the life we truly want to live. We possess inner strengths that assist us with overcoming life's obstacles, however overcoming obstacles can be challenging and takes tremendous courage and support. We are here to learn and evolve. It's not easy getting there, but once you do, you are glad you went through the process.
