My Background and Approach
It's hard to know when to look for help. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, relationship difficulties, or persistent feelings of sadness and anxiety, sometimes it can be too much. I specialize in working with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I believe in a solution-oriented approach to solving current difficulties and in an exploration of the past to help clients better understand and change their patterns of behavior.
