I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I support children, adolescents, and adults, including those impacted by social justice issues and systemic stressors. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and faith-based therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am committed to providing culturally responsive, inclusive care and have experience working with diverse populations. I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and faith-based therapy, recognizing the importance of identity, values, and lived experiences in the healing process.
