My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change when provided with the right support and environment. I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are the experts of their own experiences, and my role is to guide, support, and empower them. I value authenticity, compassion, and respect, and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and identities freely. I believe in honoring the whole person, including their cultural background, lived experiences, spirituality, and personal values.
