My Background and Approach
Experiencing therapy myself lead me to the answers that finally changed how I saw myself and how I see life and my purpose in it. This transformation inspired me to become a therapist to help other people living a life of quiet misery. I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people gain permanent confidence in themselves so they can deal with ANY challenge life throws at them. I want to help people be motivated, secure, relaxed, and positive every day of their lives. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in addressing Complex PTSD and attachment trauma. I have experience working with trauma in substance abuse treatment and low-income communities. I received the Minority Fellowship Award from the Council of Social Work Education for his work with at-risk teens. I am a Neuro Affective Relational Model certified therapist and Teaching Assistant at the NARM Training Institute. CALL ME to hear more about my story and how I can support your healing!

I believe in the healing power of conversation, allowing me the privilege to help people overcome obstacles to being joyful, healthy, and connected. I believe in science, I believe that Black Lives Matter, I believe that Love is Love, I believe no human being is illegal, and that every human being deserves respect, dignity, and a right to live authentically.
