I specialize in working with children, adolescent/teens, and young women experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I offer a warm and engaging style to guide you through the therapy process. And because each client is unique, I use an integrative approach in counseling. I incorporate evidence based techniques from Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand tray Therapy. I believe it is important to help you search for meaning, understand your purpose in life, identify your strengths, and set goals for yourself in order to overcome the obstacles you are facing. And we will work together to create a treatment plan to help you meet your goals.
