About My Clients

I focus on helping clients create a more fulfilling life filled with joy, happiness, peace, and hope through shifting the narratives of their story. If they are ready to do the necessary task to change their current state of feeling and being, I can help create a balanced, and customized, treatment plan for their needs. A session with me could be described as self-awakening, liberating, and a sense of freedom! I emphasize clients feeling encouraged and empowered to back control of their life!

My Background and Approach

I have a clinical background in community mental health, servicing foster youth and Community Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) experiencing suicidal ideation and depression. I tend to lean towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem Solving Therapy, Mindfulness, and Client-Centered Therapy approaches. I love what I do and I care about the people I work with. Working with me will showcase that.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Paper Cranes Counseling strives to incorporate social justice and liberation-oriented practice through the empowerment of historically oppressed groups. We, as a collective, focus on connecting underrepresented wellness seekers with culturally-affirming, holistic, care. I love my work as a therapist and as a human. Outside of work you can find me at the gym, in nature, or spending time with my girls.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
