Together, we will discuss more effective strategies to respond to stress and anxiety, develop self-care routines, strengthen relationships, improve assertive communication and use evidence-based tools (CBT, ACT, DBT) to boost confidence, growth, and well-being.
My Background and Approach
With over 10 years of experience in private practice, I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, validated, and process life’s challenges. As a mom of two boys, I bring both professional and personal experience to our sessions- understanding firsthand the challenges of balancing family, friends, work, & self-care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that taking care of ourselves is the first step to being able to show up for others. I’m passionate about helping adults find balance, build resilience, and grow through life’s transitions—including pre-, peri-, and postnatal experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, gardening, traveling and finding little ways to bring mindfulness and balance into my everyday life.
