About My Clients
I treat adults (18+) with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, history of trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and psychosis. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and pregnancy and postpartum, as well as infertility and women's issues. I use a whole-person approach, combining both therapy and medication as needed, or one or the other if preferred. I believe each person has unique situations and reasons for their struggles. I take the time to get to know you and together we come up with the best plan for you.
My Background and Approach
As a PMHNP and LICSW, my approach to treatment is both compassionate and practical, focusing on the complexities of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I understand that these issues can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to empower you with a toolkit of strategies that can bring immediate relief and long-term resilience. We'll work together to identify the core challenges you're facing, using evidence-based techniques honed through experience and specialized training. In addition to my focus on depression and anxiety, I have a deep commitment to supporting people through the unique challenges of infertility, pregnancy, and/or postpartum. I understand that these experiences can be both joyful and deeply complex, often intertwined with emotional struggles. My specialized training in these areas equips me to offer targeted support that acknowledges the emotional and psychological aspects of motherhood, fertility, and women's health.
