About My Clients
I help adults and adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and struggles with self-worth or identity. I also support AAPI clients and anyone feeling the weight of high expectations or life transitions, helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.
My Background and Approach
My work is relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I approach our time together with curiosity and compassion, allowing your experience to guide the process. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to guide and support you in making sense of your patterns, understanding your internal world, and moving toward meaningful change. We’ll explore how your relationships, past experiences, and environment have shaped the ways you cope, connect, and protect yourself. Many of these patterns developed for good reasons - to help you adapt, belong, or stay safe. Therapy offers space to understand them with compassion and translate insight into change, creating room for something new - a relationship and life that is authentically yours.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I was drawn to this work through my own experience of carrying things quietly and abandoning parts of myself in the process. I have come to know what it’s like to be seen and to give myself permission to take up space as I reconnect with those abandoned parts to a more whole, authentic version of me. This personal journey shapes the way I show up for you. In our work together, you will have a safe and grounded space to explore your internal world and emotional landscape, while honoring the brave strategies you’ve honed to get to where you are. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns and layers that have developed over time, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that have always been there.
